About Me

sarah.jpg

My name is Sarah Storey and I am a fully qualified clinical reflexologist. I have a Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, which is currently the highest qualification available for reflexologists, training in the UK.

I first became interested in reflexology whilst trying for a baby in 2016.  I had heard really positive things from friends about how it can help, thinking I had nothing to lose, I gave it a go. Little did I know that making that first appointment would be the start of a roller coaster journey, leading me to where I am today.

I had regular reflexology before and during IVF treatment, and was elated that it had been successful. Unfortunately, my elation turned to devastation after I suffered a miscarriage. I found myself at one of the lowest points in my life and, feeling quite fragile, I turned back to reflexology to help me to recover, both physically and mentally.  As I slowly started to feel more like my old self again, I decided to take the plunge and train to be a reflexologist myself.

As I got stuck into my studies, and started to feel stronger, we decided to try one final round of IVF before I turned 41.  Today,  as I write this biography (2018), I am looking across at my gorgeous little boy,  who is now 6 months old.

I feel so very lucky to have found this fascinating and amazing therapy of reflexology, and I am passionate about helping people, as it has helped me.

We all lead stressful lives and reflexology can help to calm and relax, relieve tension, and improve your sense of wellbeing.

Why not book a treatment to help relax and restore your mind, body and soul?

My clinic is located at The Rosebank Wellbeing Centre, above the Rosebank Sports Shop, in Northwich, Cheshire, where I have appointments available on Wednesday evenings, and Saturdays.
